Ukraine. Youth Alcohol Abuse

The number of youngsters drinking hard alcoholic drinks i am meeting in the streets everyday shocks me up so much! It seems thats almost the whole generation wants to run away from reality! But if they want to do it in such a way they will not be able to fight with everyday problems and find a good work. Actually many don't care as there can be a huge possibility to gain everything- rich parents will help.
At the end of a month students are the most wanted clients at supermarkets and alcoholic specialized shops. Yes, because this is the time of monthly scholarship allowance!
Such tendency  causes a wide range of social, economical and moral problems. Alcohol abuse and addiction affects badly on the nation in different fields of its live and future.
In spite of the law that forbids to sell alcohol to children and teenagers they can have it very freely. And usually not so many people care about.
According to specific researches Ukrainian youngsters are addicted to strong drinks and overusing especially! That frightens me and makes to think over - are we going to have a social collapse in some decades?

Femen Ukrainian Provocative Women's Movement

Who are they? Why are they? Where are they? These questions are being asked frequently by many people in Ukraine. The girls participating in this movement do not care about what others will think of them they just want the social message to be sent to the society. Many people blaming then but many respect and support.
